License Psychologist ( PSY3008)

Dr. Jesse Caldera

Living in a changing and challenging world, it is normal to experience psychological dysregulation at one point or another. The new reality of living has presented and will continue to present numerous challenges. I assist patients with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety (including school, personal or work-induced – social anxiety), behavioral issues, adjustment disorders, maternal mental health, trauma, and relational challenges. I have worked within the mental health field since 2006 and developed my skills and expertise working with children, adults, and older adults.

My goal is to support my patients with tapping into their personal essence and resources, to live a more effective and fulfilling life. My style is compassionate, warm, empathetic and behaviorally focused. I tailor my sessions based on personal needs, utilizing a collaborative approach.

I provide evidence-based approaches that provide tools and skills to better manage life stressors including work, relationships, education, and overall social functioning. Therapy provides a space for exploration and is most successful when built on a trusting and collaborative relationship.
